How do I check the status of my order, return or exchange?

You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the Order History page within the ‘My Accounts’ section.

How do I know if an item is available?

Stock availability is updated regularly. If an item is unavailable, it will be reflected on the product page. Sometimes items are discontinued by manufacturers and are no longer available on the site.

How do I apply my promotion code?

To redeem a promotion, simply enter the code you received in the box titled “Promotional Code” during Step 3 of the checkout process. In some cases, only one code may be applied per order.

Why is my order delayed?

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:

  • We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase.
  • We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.

Please note that it is important to provide a phone number that is registered with your credit card issuer at the time you place your order so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order. We use only verified phone numbers in an effort to further insure your order's security.

Do you send order confirmations?

Yes, we automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has shipped. If you have not received your confirmation, please double check the email address you provided.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes. We offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of $6.95 per item. Select the “Gift Services” box in Step 2 of the checkout process.

Can I write a gift message?

Yes. Select the “Gift Services” box in Step 2 of the checkout process. You will be asked to fill in your personal message. Messages are limited to 100 characters

What if I want to return a gift?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift, return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it or exchange it for other merchandise of equal value. Please contact us at 1-800-338-9536 to initiate the exchange.

Does SplendidLife.com offer gift certificates?

At this time we do not offer gift certificates.

How do I send my wish list to friends?

Create a Wish List by visiting the Wish List tab, under ‘My Account’ (My Account is located on the top right of the website). Follow the instructions to Create a Wish List. You can send your Wish List to your friends and family by filling in their email addresses.

How do I update my personal information?

As a registered user, you can update and change your profile at any time. Simply sign in to the ‘My Account’ section of the web site and make the desired changes.
