The SBS feature regulates the amount of water pressure used to brew each cup, which changes the consistency and flavor of the espresso. Turning the dial located on the front of the dispensing head to the right delivers a robust Italian espresso, turning it to the left delivers a milder, American-style cup of coffee. With the patented Rapid Steam (RS) technology it is easier than ever to froth or steam milk. Rapid Steam provides the unique ability to go from brewing to frothing and back to brewing with virutally no waiting time. The Incanto RS SBS comes standard with an Aqua Prima water filter system reducing the number of flavor-alterning impurities often found in water, making for an improved flavor and full aroma in each cup.
